Lifetime Warranty

Introduction 

This page provides important information regarding the Warranty of your CASETiNO products. 

If you have any concerns regarding the order you received, please get in touch with our team within 30 days via email on care@casetino.in

• The Lifetime warranty is provided by CASETiNO on all our products. 
• This warranty is provided to the original purchaser who purchased the product from our online store www.casetino.in or an authorised retailer of CASETiNO. 
• If you purchased from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims. 

What does this Warranty cover? 

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. 

Yellowing of the case within 6 months from date of purchase.

How do I claim under the Warranty? 

To process a warranty claim, please email us your proof of purchase and images of the damaged product. Once we receive your request, we will assess and send you a replacement product of similar value and design. 

The shipping and handling charges of INR 100 needs to be paid under this claim.

What is NOT covered under this Warranty?

This warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the following;

• Normal wear tear or misuse or modification of the product. 
• Drops 
• Theft or loss of product 
• Items not sold by us or our authorised retailers
• Installation failures 
• Mishandling of the product

Important

CASETiNO reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, or remove this warranty at any time. 

Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made. 

Shipping 

On all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. The replacement product will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the day of warranty approval.
