Shipping & Conveyance Charges

Handling & Conveyance Charges:
There are no handling or conveyance charges on all orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid): 1-7 Business Days - Free
  • Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery): 1-7 Business Days - INR 99

A deposit of Rs 100 is required for COD if the total order value exceeds Rs 1999 and/or if the address is incomplete. In this case, Rs 100 needs to be paid before dispatch and the balance to be paid upon delivery. 

Delivery Terms

In general, all orders are dispatched on the same day. We are able to offer a more specific estimate once we have a tracking number for your order.

Change Of Delivery Address

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.

In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Important Delivery Instructions

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues, please record an unboxing video from the moment you receive and open the package. This video will be required for any claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery. Instead, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately with photos of the package condition.
