Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your products to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, email, and mobile number for verification purposes. 

Shipping and handling charges of INR 100 will be charged for change-of-mind requests and any exchange requests.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 business day if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged such as used Screen Protector.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. However, they can be exchanged. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2  business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Important: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a clear video showing the correct product being handed over to the courier pickup person. This is necessary to ensure a smooth and secure return process.
